description Our client is the leading UK system integrator for solutions based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technologies, which are already revolutionising many areas of business where bar codes have previously dominated. Part of the £1.2 billion LINPAC Group, our client has already secured the world’s largest contract for the roll-out of RFID technology. To support our aggressive growth, we are looking for 1st and 2nd line Support Technicians. The successful applicant will be motivated, enthusiastic with IT qualifications or relevant industry experience. Must have driving license, and a willingness to travel. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES · Assume responsibility for delivering a service to Intellident customers as per the ‘Customer Service Charter’. · Manage all calls received by fax, phone or email using Intellidents in house call logging system. · Visit customer sites across the UK and Europe to fix problems, train and provide consultancy on Intellident products. · Assist in the development of company products using all available knowledge. · Maintain commercial awareness and endeavour to highlight any service to customers that may result in a sale. · Ensure all sales enquiries coming through the support desk are reported using the correct procedure If interested in this position, simply apply via the button shown.
