The Person Either from an agency or similar marketing background you will have high levels of expertise in Quark Xpress, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and able to develop creative designs from briefs through to fully specified repro ready artwork. Speed, accuracy and expertise in repro and print production is essential. A real team player, you will have excellent people and studio management skills, be a leader and motivator with strong organisational and communication skills, working quickly and efficiently whilst keeping calm under pressure. You will be expected to use your own initiative, ensuring that the department performs to maximum efficiency, producing weekly progress reports and maintaining production administration systems. This role will also involve giving support to sales and customer technical teams and therefore may require you to travel to any part of the world.
