You will need to have an all-round good knowledge of Desktops, Laptops, Peripherals. Ideally having up to 1 years PC engineering experience (field or otherwise) and have excellent hardware and software knowledge with the more well known makes (Toshiba, Dell, Compaq, Hewlett Packard etc).
