As the Technical Solutions Project Manager your role will be to manage the life cycle of a project from architectural design services to hand-off to customer support. You will be responsible for the delivery of the project plan, the detailed Statement of Work (SOW) and Proposal content developed for the customer based upon customer requirements and system architecture. Maintains and submits clear and concise activity/progress/time recording reports to customers, management, and sales. Responsible for the implementation and daily management of activities, which are coordinated with client's employees or Partner Resources. For this role you will need at least 5+ Years experience of Project Management and be able to provide exceptional Project Leadership. You will need to have experience in Project Planning and Control, Risk Assessment and Management, Project Accounting, Communication, Customer Responsiveness, Cross Functional Behavior and Problem Solving. It is essential that you have the current Technical Expertise as you will be required to effectively translate technical information to non-technical audiences. The main responsibilities of the role are around developing reference designs, customer-ready development kits for new products and also to feed this customer knowledge into new product architecture and development. The position will require you to interface with clients to develop clear and accurate specifications and to resolve technical issues. You will also perform applications simulations / analyses to the system level and characterise and verify final product application in intended systems. NEW positions now exists for two Principle or Senior RF IC Design Engineers. Candidates will be BSc qualified, with min of 6+ years RF/ analog IC design, covering specification, architecture, design implementation, product introduction into volume manufacture - low power RF transceivers (LNA, mixer, active filter, ADC/DAC). Knowledge of Cadence tools, PSpice and sub micron 0.35 to 1 micron CMOS and BiCMOS processes would be beneficial. Ideally you will have previously developed power management devices for the portable computers, mobile phones and PDAs arena. Working knowledge of current limit protection, ESD, latchup, IC layout.
