description Our clients are a leading supplier of textile rental and laundering services. Founded in 1900, this established organisation provides services to a range of industries including hospitality, healthcare, governmental and industrial organisations. Due to expansion we are searching for senior sales executives to cover various geographical locations. Based from home and covering a given geographical area candidates will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining records within the sales area. Candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to organise meetings and then close the business. There will be involvement in company promotions and exhibitions and candidates will be required to analyse competitor activities in the area and attend a weekly sales meeting. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years experience in sales from a business to business background ideally within the service sector. Candidates must be self motivated, target driven and able to develop new business. Candidates will be provided with a generous package with an OTE of 40k with a car, expenses, mobile and full training provided.

Administration 5.1 Process all sales documentation and administration accurately and forward to the Sales Office in accordance with required deadlines. 5.2 Prepare major client costing requests and tender documents for approval by the Regional Sales Manager.

Due to the demands of the company they are searching for an Applications Engineer to manage and develop the technical helpdesk. Your main responsibilities and duties include processing equipment requests, liaising with customers to provide applications advice and alternative equipment when required. You will ensure the equipment request service levels are achieved by working with CLO and Regional Support Manager to ensure customer satisfaction. Further duties include liaising with rental companies, procurement and the equipment suppliers, when necessary you will organise special calibration requirements and on-site calibration with customers. The ideal candidate must hold GCSE’s in Maths, English, Physics or Electronics and preferably be educated to college level in a technical or engineering discipline. Previous experience within a customer facing role would also be desirable but not essential. The individual must have knowledge and experience of using electronic test equipment as well as the ability to communicate professionally with customers verbally and in writing. The willingness to take risks and ownership of issues and finding solutions are important factors of the role.
