On their behalf we are looking for an experienced Site Manager / General Foreman to act as number 2 on these large, prestigous projects. You will be responsible for checking the quality of work, managing direct labour and subcontractors and assisting the Project Manager. These projects are fast paced and quality and safety must be maintained at all times. The majority of the projects are carried out on a design and build basis so previous knowledge of this method is a distinct advantage as is previous experience of social housing refurbishments and conversions.
