•Warranty repairs (Egton is an authorised warranty provider for HP, Fujitsi, Brother and others)

•Outsourced managed engineering services
•Supply and support of Computer Telephony Integration systems
Due to the sustained growth of their business in the above products and services, they are now seeking to expand its Avaya IP Office/Network Consultant team with the addition of 2 new professionals. They are looking for enthusiastic, professional self starters to fill the roles.
The ideal candidate would have the following skills:
Excellent Customer Facing
Avaya IP Office Installation
IT literate - Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite
Ideally a keen PC desktop interest (home repairs upgrades etc)
Able to work under own initiative
The candidate would be expected to attend pre-installation visits, prepare documentation and install the IP office product on our customer premises. Extensive UK travel may be required initially.
In return we will offer comprehensive Microsoft 2000 Server and Desktop training / knowledge as we have to ensure that the engineer can install our Clinical System Integration Product.
The position will be permanent and the package will include a Citroen Xsara Company Car skills The ideal candidate would have the following skills:
