Our client is an established firm, working on Partner, senior and middle management appointments across a broad spectrum of UK multinational Law firms.
They now wish to appoint an additional Delivery Search consultant to play a key role in the delivery of senior Legal Partners across their client base (with assistance from an excellent executive search team).
They seek a team player, almost certainly a graduate, who has a sound understanding of high-level business & is a persuasive communicator. It is likely that the successful candidate will have probably worked in London for a quality consultancy and may now be based regionally, but still want to work in the professional London market.

Role
Both roles will be to develop our Solutions division, maximising current clients and building strong sales focused branches to win new clients and contracts, targeting our non-rail sectors. Each branch will require a recruitment drive for new team members as our strategy is to have sector focused desks, supported by sector focused Business Development Managers.
You will have responsibility for staff recruitment, motivation and development of your team, setting and monitoring of objectives, performance management and delivering the branch sales strategy to grow the business.

Our client, a major worldwide player is seeking to recruit a number of Claims Adjusters to work within the Special Risk Services Department from their offices based in Sheffield and Manchester.
Job Purpose:
Claims handler with a basic knowledge of certain classes of business. Working as part of a Team within the operations organisation with ownership of a claims workload. skills Principal Accountabilities:
1. Ensure client service standards, protocols and guidelines are met. Provide basic details to clients as and when required.
2. Support mentoring and coaching process as an active part of the internal training and development program achieving personal objectives defined by the appraisal process. Act as a referral point for claims handling guidance and assistance for junior members of staff as and when appropriate. Keep up to date on case law.
3. Manage personal claims workload within defined authority levels. Making full use of delegated authority/referral facilities to seek advice/guidance before progressing claims further outside defined authority levels. Provide basic claims assessment, evaluation and investigation, qualification, negotiation and settlement skills including general understanding of liability and all associated quantum issues connected with personal claims portfolio.
4. Develop detailed knowledge of ICMS (in house computer system) and basic understanding of other systems and applications relevant to personal caseload.
5. Adhere rigidly to the Claims Handling Agreement as defined by claims and quality manuals.
6. Maintain quality management information on personal performance including full use of ICMS, reporting facilities and diary action functions to assess current workload position.
7. Develop detailed understanding of commitment to IIP and ISO 9000/2000 standards.
8. Prepare research, statistics and develop analytical skills as and where appropriate.
