Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the project plan. An excellent communicator capable of discussing software tasks with developers and of chairing both progress and technical team meetings to report to senior management level. With an embedded software development background, you will have progressed through to a team leader role with 2 years senior development experience and on to project management. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES
1. Execute the Company’s sales strategies and achieve established sales quota by identifying business opportunities through account prospecting and profiling
2. Thoroughly assess the customer’s needs and present an appropriate sales solution to assist the customer in recognising the technological and business need for Comverse products and the advantages
3. Provide effective sales presentations/product demonstrations to prospective customer management, including hosting Company site visits if necessary.

5. Produce highest standard of written and verbal presentations
6. Prepare appropriate sales order paperwork to ensure purchase order reflects appropriate configuration/ solution for the customer.
7. Manage the order process through established internal acceptance procedures to ensure sign-off by Sales, Production and Installation Departments.
8. Provide the sales management team with accurate and timely reporting of activities including weekly and monthly sales forecasts, the status of the sales pipeline and results of prospecting activities.
9. Provide routine updates to the Company’s sales database with account activity and status.
10. Maintain a thorough on-going knowledge of Comverse products and technology, as well as industry trends.
11. Provide ad hoc reports and performs assigned projects as needed.
12. Monitor your specific sectors and keep the Sales Director informed about legal, cultural and economic conditions that might effect the Company’s operations in the given market.
