description An energetic graduate is required to join a small, friendly team specialising in the design, implementation and administration of employee share schemes, such as employee share-save and share option schemes. We are looking for someone with at least five years’ commercial experience in a legal, accounting or company secretarial role. The RM2 Partnership provides corporate clients with a single point of support and advice in the relevant areas of company law, trust law, accounting and share valuation. The firm takes responsibility for preparing all the scheme documentation and dealing with all regulatory and technical issues in relation to the schemes. RM2 also works closely with clients to explain the schemes to the employees and to answer their questions. Most of our clients are smaller, owner managed businesses. The successful applicant will be the sixth member of RM2’s core team. The new team member will probably have a 2:1 degree and be highly numerate with excellent organisational skills, strong personal initiative and an ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
