Our client are currently expanding their international sales team across the world and are hiring in business development for North Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific. The positions are based in territory working primarily from home offices. An understanding of international sales experience via channels combined with a strong knowledge of Tetra, Telecom and software experience is a high preference. A second language would be of great benefit to both the individual and the client. The successful individual will have the capabilities to achieve targets via Channel Partners in territory, you will select and negotiate channel agreements with potential 3rd Party channel partners. You will be able to manage and develop effective relationships with selected partners. You will provide sales support to channel partners to increase market share/penetration and also act as the escalation and resolution point for issues effecting channel relationships.
