This contractor utilises cutting edge business development techniques to secure new contracts from existing and new clients. The company have established a Business Development Team which comprises of a Designer, Business Developer Manager and Quantity Surveyor. The team meet with the client and establish the requirements for the contract by evaluating design specifications, programme milestones and take into account the clients special criteria. The role does include presenting to the client and will suite a Quantity Surveyor with business development flare.
