Key Responsibility AreasOPERATIONAL SUPPORT · To carry out ‘first look’ on building plant faults in technical and office sites and effect suitable repairs where possible, e.g. A/C filter replacements, lamp changes, generator runs. Resolve first line operational problems and escalate problems where necessary.· Provide power connections as required by customer rack installations.·
To carry out housekeeping duties at sites as required·
Be proactive in the identification of failings and the recommendation of corrective action and continued improvement·
In support of the Building & Maintenance Manager conduct building management safety audits and risk assessments CUSTOMER SUPPORT ·
To provide a proactive and professional support service to internal and external customers ensuring service levels are maintained at all timesPROJECT CO-ORDINATION ·
To carry out, or oversee a 3rd party, minor projects as required by the Building & Engineering Manager To identify any issues, maintenance, uplifts, or project requirements implement in line with customer and project agreed timelines
The Person· A minimum of 3 years experience is required in an Electrical and/or Mechanical field.·
A minimum of 3 years demonstrable property and building infrastructure maintenance experience and including, but not limited to, one or more of the following:o

Must be PC literate and able to effectively use the following applications: MSOffice, MS Outlook.Preferred·

Extensive travel is required across the UK and request for support at other locations may be provided at short notice.Must be able to achieve results within a fast changing, pressurised environment and willing to support colleagues on site where necessary.
Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000
