Recruitment is a SALES role so you must be self-motivated and prepared to give whatever it takes to achieve the best results and rewards. You will have strong persuasion skills and a highly competitive attitude. As a suitable applicant you will need to be a graduate (ideally 2:1 or 1st Class Hons) with ideally some level of sales experience, in which you have excelled. On top of a your basic salary, you will enjoy one of the most generous commission schemes in the industry. Commission is uncapped, so you will have full responsibility and control of your earnings. You will start on a GBP15,000 basic, going up to GBP16,000 after 12 months with very realistic estimation on OTE of GBP30,000 - 35,000 after 12 months, and after 2 years you should expect to earn in excess of GBP50,000. We have a variety of incentive schemes, including company lunches to top restaurants, Holidays abroad (Valencia, French Alps, New York and Miami were visited last year), and company cars such as Audi TT`s, Porsche Boxters, and top of the range BMW`s.
