Job function We need a flexible, self-starting team player with a solid, proven track record of internet and/or intranet web projects. You’ll ideally have a consulting / software development background and will be able to showcase a portfolio of sites you have been involved in designing and building. You’ll have developed content-management systems and designed applications for production-strength architectures. You’ll understand how to optimise relational databases and write fast queries. You’ll be happy working within a small team of capable and enthusiastic developers with practical processes and to high standards. You’ll have a keen eye for detail and a desire to maintain exemplary output. You’ll be experienced in taking ownership and responsibility for functional sections from conception through design to implementation and support. You will also receive training as necessary to develop your technical skills further. - Extensive phone/Web based research to identify and qualify potential leads
- Cold calling and selling in opportunities at LEWIS to candidates with a view to arranging an initial meeting
- Telephone screening prior to meeting
- Maintaining the database of candidates, developing relationships and updating with regards to ongoing opportunities
- Actively researching into new industry sectors for people with relevant skill sets
- Responsibility for the design and content of marketing material to go to candidates, as well as direct involvement in advertising campaigns to attract applicants directly
- Updating and promoting opportunities on the company Intranet/Internet site
This position has the scope to develop into an integrated recruitment management role, with responsibility for running recruitment campaigns for the company internationally, devising the best strategy for each office and market.
skills 2:1 degree
Minim 6 months – 1 year’s recruitment experience, preferably within a fast-paced search and selection agency
Modern European language useful
