Our clients are keen to secure a Land Surveyor, who will provide a professional service to the business, undertaking site surveys for operational and engineering purposes.
You will be responsible directly to the Engineering Manager with site development and restoration work, undertaking regular surveys and calculations of active sites, providing survey information and updating the database to monitor site, Dealing with the contractors to ensure standards are meet.
You will have working knowledge of modern surveying techniques and with previous 3D Modelling and Drawing Software, LSS and AutoCAD would prove a distinct advantage. You will be an excellent communicator keen to progress your career and you will be given full autonomy, to deliver the work - strong time management skills are essential.
Salary To £21,000 + Car + Benefits

They urgently need a team of 10 people to work on the road checking the layouts and completing measured site surveys of pubs, bars and restaurants throughout the South East. You will need your own transport for this and the ability to start immediately. Please note: EARNING POTENTIAL IS HIGH as you will be paid 'per site' so the harder you work, the more you'll earn. Prior basic measured survey experience is preferable but training will be given to enable you to work on the more basic sites.
