An Associate or Director level opportunity for someone to share responsibility for leading the Rating Team in Scotland to be based in Glasgow. The ideal candidate must have detailed knowledge of valuation for rating purposes, experience of negotiation of rating appeals and presentation of evidence at Valuation Appeal Committees. The candidate will also have experience of creating new client relationships and developing existing relationships, as well as a thorough knowledge of the property market in major centres throughout Scotland. The candidate will be able to deal at a senior level with clients and negotiate rating appeals in respect of all types of property.
