It is essential that you have significant client-facing experience in a B2B Customer Service or Account Management role, preferably in the service sector; an understanding of live communications would be an advantage, though not essential. You must be confident and expert in communicating at all client levels and with internal departments to ensure that the absolute best is delivered to our key clients, every time. A gregarious team-worker, you have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines under pressure.

They work throughout the UK and Europe on events for up to 5,000 people.We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to act as a Customer Champion, the main communications point between our Events and Sales Teams and our most key accounts. At this stage we envisage that you will have responsibility for no more than 6 key accounts. These customers require our support throughout the year on a large number of events and / or multi-media projects, often with multiple client contact points. Working in tandem with our Head of Sales and our Production Director, you will ensure that client expectations are understood and met on every project.
