The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing new sales opportunities within the territory, which will include all telco companies in the south of the UK.
You will be supported in this key activity throughout the sales cycle by an experienced and highly motivated pre-sales and project delivery team.
There are certain key mandatory requirements for this role:
A minimum of 3 years experience selling IT services to telco or similar markets is required. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a good working knowledge of the telco market.
Strong new business focus achieved over 3-5 years sales experience in an IT services environment
Consistent achievement/over-achievement against targets
Experience of account management/development
Tenacious, highly motivated self-starter
A track record of selling large, complex, IT solutions and a deep and broad understanding of the technology industry, industry trends and technologies
