In this fast-paced, varied role, you’ll ensure that our European customer accounts run like clockwork. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring profitable business growth by keeping cash flows healthy, reconciling accounts receivable and working closely with our sales teams abroad to obtain and maintain accurate data. Most importantly, you’ll be responsible for providing an excellent service to between 600 and 800 accounts, dealing personally with both colleagues and customers in their own language.
It’s all about building solid relationships and anticipating problems before they arise. So you really must be both conversationally and commercially fluent in your European language. Ideally you’ll also have some similar financial/credit experience, although your time spent in a fast-paced, high volume business environment will be more essential. With serious attention to detail and good PC skills, you’ll be a valuable addition to our team.
