Their Exeter site is an integral part of our success and is at the forefront of Single Crystal and Directionally Solidified casting technologies, specialising in the manufacture of cast turbine rotor blades and nozzle guide vanes. We currently have a number of openings to join our Product and Process Engineering teams.
Product Engineers
• Responsible for specific products from inception to order completion including the troubleshooting of any problems in production.
• Establishes the manufacturing route, tooling requirements and part dimensions throughout the process.
• Liaises with customers concerning design, drawings and specifications.
You will be qualified to HNC or degree level in Mechanical Engineering with a good understanding of dimensions, tooling and gauging.
Process Engineers
• Oversees the manufacturing process from pre-cast through to casting and post-cast operations to ensure process capability.
• Instigates improvements in manufacturing efficiency and conducts investigations into process problems.
You will be qualified to HNC or degree level in Materials Science or equivalent and ideally, have previous experience in the investment casting industry.

You will perform calculations, CAD layout and analysis, and simulation and modelling with FEA and mathematical software.
