description Our client is a dynamic precision engineering company, based in Coventry. They specialise in short run, fast turnaround precision engineering in all materials. They are aerospace approved with full ISO qualifications. Their customer base encompasses aero, auto, marine, & oil. They have full CAD support and are used to picking up jobs when others have failed. Their recent investment includes 3m bed full 5 axis milling, live tool lathes, cnc VMCs. The position is a new vacancy to improve their sales coverage. They are looking for a dynamic sales person with a proven track record in engineering component sub contract sales. The ideal candidate will have the confidence and experience to sell a service and to develop customers to gain a major portion of their subcontract business. We will generally win the business on superlative service and then grow it. An engineering background will be necessary, an ability to estimate will be very desirable, a can-do mentality essential. They are particularly keen to develop the oil & gas/ medical / and packaging areas, so an existing client base/knowledge in any of these sectors would be advantageous.
