description This very well respected and buoyant UK developer is now looking for a skilled game AI coder with some solid (2yrs+)experience behind them (1+ published game title) to work at their established Manchester studio on their next major title. Your core skills will be game AI coding (C/C++) in a 3D environment with any further experience in: Gameplay; AI; APIs (especially DirectX or OpenGL) and strong maths skills. All titles in development are cross-platform for all the current nextgen hardware (PS2, XBox, Cube) but the focus is on the PS2 primarily. Some good academics will be useful along with any optimisation, low-level or even assembly skills also being a plus. You will be given the chance to make a real contribution to this projects AI core and many gameplay elements and but you will need a solid foundation of skills from your previous games role.
