Telemarketing (Telesales) Team Leader required by our client based in Northamptonshire, commutable from Northampton, Leicester and Peterborough to manage and plan the day to day workload for a Telemarketing Team to include the identification of team training requirements and the management of holiday requests and job rotas. Working with the marketing team you will develop campaigns, call plans and scripts with associated letters and email communications. You will also be responsible for the creation of daily, weekly, monthly reports and management information. To be considered for this role you will have previous telemarketing experience, preferably gained in a B2B environment offering IT related products or services. Any team lead or management experience covering the above would also be a bonus.
