Our client is a global player in the IT services sector: their services keep people and information connected, from proactive business continuity through reactive disaster recovery to interactive high availability solutions, thereby helping over 10,000 clients worldwide have uninterrupted access to their business-critical information systems. They currently seek a Telemarketing Executive to join the team in Coventry on a six month contract.
The successful applicant will identify new business opportunities for regional account managers within a prospect database via the telephone and direct marketing activity. You will ensure all prospect information is relevant and correct and updated on a quarterly basis.
You will hence require experience within a customer service environment, and experience of telephone sales. Additionally, the following skills and attributes are desirable, and hence advantageous to your application:
* Educated to GSCE or equivalent
* Knowledge of Goldmine
* Knowledge of MS Office preferred
* Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Must be able to work on own initiative
* Must be able to appear confident and cheery during, often negative feedback.
* Reliable and conscientious
* Good time keeper
* Proven administrative skills
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
