Our Client is the UK's leading provider of electronic fire and security solutions - supplying integrated security applications and electronic article surveillance, as well as fire detection, alarm systems and gaseous extinguishing solutions to a wide range of people and organisations.
They are looking for Telemarketing Advisor / Telemarketing Executive people to join their Manchester based team.
Role & Responsibilities
• To achieve sales and customer service targets.
• To book quality appointments for their Sales Consultants
• To identify customer opportunities for cross and up selling
• To book attendance for Seminars and Events
• To complete Customer Satisfaction Surveys for both prospects and existing customers.
• To keep updated with new products, services and relevant legislation changes
• To perform such additional duties as required by the Telemarketing Manager
Qualifications and Requirements
• Educated to GCSE Level
• Basic Understanding of Excel & Outlook
• Experience of Outbound Business Appointment Making
• Experience of calling New Prospects and Existing customers
