ASSISTANT TO OPERATIONS MANAGER -TO GBP24k –BERKSHIRE
Our client is a rapidly expanding Telecom Solutions Reseller. They are known for providing a quality service to their clients comprised of the SME and Corporate market place.
They are looking for some one who will be a key opportunity as Assistant to the Operations Manager.
JOB PURPOSE
You will provide assistance acting as the right hand person for the Operations Manager on all aspects of the day to day function of the Engineering Scheduling as well as covering for him in his absence. This will include ensuring that Customer Service standards are met, correct equipment is ordered and despatched upon time schedules. All duties will be carried out within ISO 9002 procedures.
