Our client is a leading provider of advanced voice, video and data communications platforms. Due to continued growth and success, they now require an experienced field service engineer to join the team. Covering the Thames Valley/West London area, responsibilities will include on-site and remote maintenance and technical support of large PABX and IP telephony products. The role will also include some installation/project work. To succeed in this challenging role, you will need to have service and installation experience on Mitel SX2000 PABX's. You will also ideally have some hands-on exposure to Mitel 3300, VoIP and LAN/WAN technologies. A good telecoms background, customer skills and strong diagnostics ability is a must. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a career in a company at the forefront of the convergence marketplace.
