2 INDeX Engineers required, predominantly to resolve customer related service issues in order ensure customer satisfaction. You will be based in London, but required to travel to client sites. Your main responsibilities will include technical condition, service and maintenance at located sites. You will be requested to provide support on implementation of work, to provide feedback to customers on fault resolution progress, and to ensure that Account Managers are appraised of on any issues. General administration work will also be part of you daily routine.
It is essential to have excellent core INDeX product knowledge, including relating equipment such as IVM, CCM, IPNC. Good knowledge of IP office and Definity, would be advantageous. You must exercise self discipline and take responsibility for delivering quality results. Demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to work positively within a team is crucial.
