2-3 years in a business to business corporate sales/business development role and/or account management/account development role
1-2 years account development experience/responsibilities during the last 5 years, in either a field based or a senior customer services role.
2-3 years experience during the last 5 years of a similar targeted role in the business to business environment
Experience of the general telecoms, and specifically the mobile communications UK and European market
Evidence of creation of additional product & revenue growth within a base of existing accounts
Evidence of working with and influencing business people at all levels.
Demonstrate ability to achieve targets, analyse opportunities and establish optimum solution
Description
• Achieving new adds (voice and data)
• Reducing churn
• Increasing ARPU
• Maintaining customer satisfaction rating. Develop & maintain a general knowledge & awareness of your customers business segment Maintain clear & accurate customer records as required, and determined from time to time by senior management.
• Develop a contact plan to ensure accounts receive regular contact and face to face meetings.
• Billing/payments
