Our client is looking to add to its existing team an internal Technical Support person. The company is a rising star in the telecoms field and is now looking to add a support person to cover both clients and staff in the field. Candidates can be based in the Birmingham, Lancashire or Portsmouth regions. You will be experienced in a range of products BT, Mitel including Norstar, BCM and Meridian. In an ideal world BT experience would be a major preference, but the company knows that they are not
