Advanced (expert) knowledge and experience of Netact 3G planning tool with preferable Volcano prediction model.
-Ensures the dimensioning and design of the cellular network on the basis of the geomarketing objectives and following cost guidelines of the management committee
-Validates the site candidates: evaluation of the candidates presented by the site negotiators, software simulations, field visits in order identify field constraints and/or other opportunities, equipment validations (choice of antennas, their position, their configuration…)
-Ensures correct parameterization of the cells so as to guarantee optimal network quality
-Plays an active role in network optimization solutions/projects (network configuration modification/frequency retune)
-Participates in special projects such as indoor and other events coverage
-Contributes to the improvement and/or development of optimal work procedures
