As an accredited Cisco Advanced Technology Provider, ERAs Contact Centre Solutions business unit provides IP enabled call centres that integrate voice and data across standard computer LANs. These proven, pre-packaged or tailored products support flexible, easy to use call, or contact centres, with web-interaction and integrated access to established business systems and workflow. SENIOR IPCC ENGINEER To meet our forecast programme of engagements, we now seek a Senior IPCC Engineer to act as the technical lead in specified IPCC Express and IPCC Enterprise implementation projects. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from attending client requirement workshops, assisting System Architects with technical design and Cisco approvals, and installing, configuring and testing IPCC hardware and software through to supporting and maintaining the installed customer base. Additionally, you will be responsible for the supervision and on the job training of junior engineers on a variety of live projects. You will have at least two years’ experience of IPCC deployments, both ICM simplex/duplex configuration and Express and will have completed courses in ICMPT, ICMSA, CRSD/IPIVR, IPCCF and ICID or alternatively be CCNA qualified. You must be able to demonstrate competency in ICM and IPIVR scripting and be familiar with CallManager configuration. A background in telecommunications along with experience of CTI and /or CTIOS integration, call centre operations and VB6, Java or ‘C’ programming would be a distinct advantage. Although the position is based at our Leatherhead facility, travel to client sites will be required and as part of the client support team, you will also be required to participate in our out of hours on-call support rota.
