This group will provide support to all other customers outside of the Top 50 and manage campaigns and job submissions for any Bureau Client where a detailed, specialised knowledge is not required. The key focus in this group will be the ability to learn new services/products and be able to work across a range of Xpedite products. 1st line support on all these services will be provided as well as the ability and knowledge to set up HTML Leaders and Trailers and basic graphix, as well as set up new accounts and manage error queues.
The major responsibilities for this group will be:
- Manage Pending and Hold for Fax in clients
- Monitor and manage error queues.
- Provide 1st line support to all customers.
- Carry out standard hourly checks
- Deal with incoming emails
- Manage set up and submission of standard Bureau client job requests.
- Manage any job requests for none approved clients (pending training etc)
- Manage and maintain bad MR queues
- Perform profile amendments on none Top 50 client accounts
- MR block requests
