Our client, a major mobile operator, requires an experienced Contact Routing Consultant on a contract basis to work closely with users and other department members to identify, realize and manage the delivery of integrated functionality. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in Routing Integration as well as in System Architecture and Network Integration. 15 years IT industry experience is essential. Expert understanding and experience of Java, J2EE and UNIX is a must. Previous Genesys management experience and a good understanding of IN and SCP is highly desirable.
