As an External Planner the variety of your role will range from processing sales enquiries including site surveys; to surveying and designing the external network elements in relation to customer orders and project guidelines; to liasing with internal technical teams, sales teams, external site developers and local authorities.
What you'll need:
- Previous cabling experience in a telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of private way leave and the issues involved
- CAD experience is preferred
- An effective team player able to work on their own initiative
- Basic project management with experience meeting tight and demanding timescales
- Customer facing and handling skills demonstrating effective communication skills - both written and verbal
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrate high attention to detail having previous experience of quality standards
