Our client is the UK arm of one of Europe's largest and most successful IT Services Organisations. The UK is one of the fastest growing and most strategically important markets for the Group, delivering a full range of IT Services to many of the UK's leading organisations. They are looking to recruit a Telephony Technical Specialist / Technical Designer on a 6 month contract.
The Technical Designer is required to work on a corporate telephony project in London. You will be responsible for high level, low level and application design including associated documentation. You will also assume responsibility for production of functional specification and build.
You will require a technical understanding and experience of the following: AVR, Aspect, Periphonics, Chordiant, J2EE (WebSphere application), third party liaison, production of documentation, PlanView. Banking experience is preferred.
