Our client is a Large Global Telecoms Company, looking to recruit a Lifecycle Loyalty Manager to develop, implement all customer lifecycle programmes, policies and propositions that deliver against the company and team goals of churn management, customer loyalty, revenue growth and reduced cost to save.
Essential skills and qualifications:
1) Experience of developing and managing CRM related customer programmes and campaigns.
2) Degree level or similar education.
3) 5-7 years experience in a Commercial Role.
4) 3 years experience in a relevant marketing role, within a mobile telecoms company, developing and managing customer facing strategies & programmes in a service based organisation.
