Our client is a large global mobile telecoms company looking to recruit an HR MIS Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of all people measurement and analysis and of the HR reporting systems.
You will be a mathematical or statistical genius with a PhD in Mathematics or Statistics as well as an Excel guru. SAP skills would be a big bonus.
Additional Pre-requisites:
1) 5 years experience of design and development of data analysis, performance measures and reporting systems.
2) Ability to demonstrate high level of IT competence (essential)
3) Ability to communicate effectively across the business (IS, HR, Finance and International).
4) Managing conflicting agendas and priorities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of one analyst.
