Our client is a Large Global Mobile Telecoms Company, looking to recruit Research Account Managers to manage research needs for marketing clients across our client's business.
Essential skills and qualifications:
·Insightful agency/client researcher with 3 years practical research covering customer satisfaction, brand advertising and customer proposition development.
·7 years experience in business and consumer market research working with a senior level marketing team undertaking a range of products covering the marketing mix.
·Expertise and experience in qualitative and quantitative research covering NPD, branding and advertising as well as existing products and services.
·Experience of working in a research environment that emphasises actionable results and recommendations based on direct decision linkages and continuous improvement.
·Graduate educated to degree level.
·Understanding of the latest research trends and techniques and how these can be commercially applied to a fast moving mobile telecommunications business and marketplace e.g. research using the Internet and IVR.
·Ideally a member of the Market Research Society and have the MRS diploma.
·Experience of report writing, questionnaire design, sampling, costing, budgeting, running and managing several research projects at the same time.
Note: Agency experience is essential.
