My client are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on residential projects. The work will fall in to 2 categories; one being the new build of affordable housing and the second being refurbishment and/or maintenance of council housing and key worker housing. They work exclusively on projects in and around the Cardiff area, so there is not a great degree of travel required.
