My client (one of the most successful and prestigious housing developers in the UK) are looking for a team of quantity surveyors to operate in the South Wales area. Before they assemble this they need to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to head up a 100 unit development and to build the team around. Currently my client is buying a piece of land a month in the Cardiff to Swansea area so there will be plenty of work to keep the new team busy.
