Our client, a worldwide communications company, is looking for an Estate Acquisitions Manager. The main aspect of the role will be the sourcing and acquisition of new company property. You will also be responsible for supplier mgmt, lease renewals and terminations and all associated admin. The ideal candidate will have worked as a Chartered Surveyor for a minimum of two years, have a working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Law and an operational understanding of financial accounting.
