The successful candidate will; either run a project themselves which will either be an extension or new build up to £5m in value or a complete internal and external fit-out. Or for a more junior candidate assist in projects of this nature until they feel they are experienced enough to run their own projects unaided.
The contracts used on these projects are normally bespoke versions of the JCT contract.
