Would you like to get paid to shop? As a mystery shopper you will be sent into shops and other outlets as any other customer. You will be asked to monitor and assess the service and standards delivered. You will then be asked to report back in an unbiased and accurate manner by completing a questionnaire. This in turn gives our clients a unique insight into their business and assists in improving customer service and standards.
As a mystery shopper you will be paid for each assignment. The rate of pay will depend on the complexities of the assignment but you will be advised in advance of the assignment. You can also enjoy varied experiences and flexible hours that fit in with your everyday life.
