The Role:
The successful Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working out of the client's Essex office on varying rail and infrastructure works. Although the majority of your work will be on rail station refurbishments, the successful Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will also be involved in working on telecoms and power supply for office blocks. The entire rail project is currently valued at circa £100 million over the next seven years.
