My client are a regional main contractor who work throughout the South Wales area. They specialise primarily on housing association projects, values ranging from £0.5m - £6m. They have two offices, one in Cardiff and another in Haverfordwest. They have recently won a long term contract in West Wales and thus currently need an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on projects under direct supervision of the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
