We are urgently seeking a contract Surveyor for immediate start, predominately to work within the Planned Maintenance department of this large housing organization based in Dorset. The role will include, pre-contract and post-contract duties in respect of programmes of refurbishments, new build, planned and cyclical maintenance, service contracts and environmental works. Previous experience of working within a Local Authority or Housing Association is essential. ONC or an HNC in a Construction related subject is desirable although not essential. This is a fixed-term contract so the benefits of holiday pay, car allowance / lease car and sickness cover accompany this role.
