There is currently a vacancy for a Quantity Surveyor based in Plymouth in their building division. They have won a contract with the local government to work on new build schools and school extensions in the area. The first project that the successful candidate will work on is the £20m new build of a school in central Plymouth; it is all on the JCT contract and is due to have 16 months on site.
