Project Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor - Design & Build - Derbyshire

Due to a rapid increase in the project portfolio they are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to run new projects in the East Midlands

The role
The role is to oversee the commercial aspects for a range of design and build schemes across the Midlands.

This particular team are involved in a wide range of new build and design & build projects primarily within the retail and commercial sectors
