Quantity Surveyor/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Residential/Commercial – Luton

Up to £30,000 per annum + benefits

A quantity Surveyor or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor is required by our client to work on there £300m regeneration project.

The enabling works will be valued at £20m & phase 1 at £30m, which is when the project becomes more manageable.
